I remember that I picked up a camera for the first time in the 5th grade and recorded a webshow with my best friends. We continued doing this for a while and even did some photoshoots, but I always considered photography to just be a fun hobby — not a serious career path. Once I got to high school I took a step back to pursue other interests, and I got wrapped up in academics and sports ventures instead.
My way back to photography was seemingly random — I picked up a camera again in 2019 to do some branding photos of a product I was selling at the time, and my passion came back in full force! It was like rediscovering a dream I had forgotten about, and from there, I knew I needed to pursue it seriously. It made me realize that my heart wasn’t truly in the career I had chosen, so I made it my goal to follow my heart and become a professional, full-time wedding photographer.
I started marketing myself a bit and shooting some weddings early in 2021, and by August of that same year, I was fortunate enough to go full-time with my photography brand and realize my dream. I haven’t looked back! Since then, I have committed myself to continuous growth as a photographer, both technically and personally. I’m lucky to have made wonderful connections with my clients and colleagues, all while traveling around the world to capture the most beautifully unique wedding celebrations I could imagine.
I grew up in a super small town in Indiana, which is why I enjoy traveling so much. I love to see new places and have new experiences wherever I can. I eloped in Arizona for my own wedding in May of 2022. We have two doggos and a little baby girl who is our whole world. My biggest dream is to continue doing photography and capturing as many of your weddings as possible in the years to come.
